Aloha, I’m Nita!


Greetings from the beautiful islands of Hawaii!

My name is Juanita Kanehailua Wolfgramm, or Nita for short. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I am a wife of over 17 years, a mother of five children and an Independent Certified Health Coach.

I have clients that live within the United States, the U.S. territories, and are deployed internationally with the U.S. military. We are also expanding our services to Singapore and Hong Kong in Summer 2019. I am so excited!!!

As a Certified Health Coach, my goal is to guide you towards optimizing your wellness in body, mind, and finances. We work on developing habits to healthy choices which will lead you towards lifelong transformation.

I walk alongside you throughout your individual health transformation journey. I am your accountability partner. We have weekly check ins and celebrate your victories both big and small.

We take time to awaken your dreams and discuss what your current reality is. It is important to visualize where you want to go but it is also important to understand where you are now. Once you have that vision, you can take action to achieve your goals. I am your advocate and will continue to remind you of your dreams and goals.

Not only will you have one-on-one support from myself, you will also have access to a community to connect with other like-minded people who are also focused on optimizing their wellness.

My Journey

While I was managing my full-time engineering career and caring for my five children, I became aware that I did not have the energy to keep up with both. Over time, I continued to gain weight and had a hard time trying to lose weight for several years and I was depressed. Life became a boring ritual. Wake up, take kids to school, go to work, get kids, go home, sleep, restart. I kept thinking…THERE HAS TO BE MORE!

One of my fears was that if I did not make any improvements to my health, it would move towards issues such as diabetes or high blood pressure. My fear was that if I did not make a change now, how could it impact myself and my family? Did I want to continue down this path and live in fear?

I made a DECISION to make a change. As I worked with my health coach and followed the program’s structure, I could see changes within the first week on the program. It was very encouraging, week by week. I lost 40 pounds within 4 ½ months and I reached a healthy Body Mass Index weight. I went from a size 14 to a size 6 and 8. I have continued to be within my healthy BMI weight since then.

I have gained confidence. I have learned to try new things and step out of my comfort zone and not let fear stop me. I have fulfilled one of my dreams which was to leave my engineering career so I can have the time freedom to taking care of my children and to be more present with them.

It has been a huge blessing for me to hear from family and friends about how they are inspired and work on optimizing their own wellness…whether with me through my program, or on their own. They are becoming aware that it is important and I love hearing the excitement as people make changes to live an optimal life that they dreamed of.

A healthy weight is a catalyst for positive changes. Are you looking to lose weight or create healthier habits to maintain your healthy weight? We have several plans that can help you with either option. As I guide you through one of our programs, clients typically will notice weight loss, increase in energy, more restful sleep. Once you get closer to your healthy weight, we can work on adding in healthy motion to your program.

Optimizing Your Mindset

The mindset is defined as the fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person’s responses to and interpretations of situations. Do you react or respond to a situation? Are you allowing fear to stop you from living out your dreams? Your mind is an important key in life. We will work together to understand what your mindset is and how we can shift it so you can visualize and believe in achieving your dreams.

Are you looking for financial and time freedom so you can create your own schedule, and be able to do what your heart desires? Are you hoping to not be restricted by other people’s demands? We can work together so you can have enough money to take care of yourself and your family, be able to live abundantly and to do what you always dreamed of doing and even more.
